The Story is engineered with high-grade 12-gauge material, equipping it with 2" doors, steel threshold, and bullet hinges fitted with grease fittings. For convenient installation, pre-drilled holes on the jamb have been reinforced with tabs. Additionally, our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass has been designed with dual sealing to maximize energy efficiency and lower heat and air leakage. We equip each frame with Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping to reduce the transfer of heat and cold. Additionally, a door sweep seals gaps to prevent infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire.
