The San Francisco model is made with a superior 12-gauge material. Its doors are 2" thick and come with a steel threshold and bullet hinges featuring grease fittings on the frame. Pre-drilled holes have been welded on the jamb for easy installation. This highly energy-efficient model has 5/8" tempered dual-pane operable glass designs with dual sealing, which helps reduce heat and air leakage. Another feature of San Francisco Thermally Broken - Double Arch is the polyurethane dual foam weather stripping in each frame, which aids in minimizing the transfer of heat and cold. Additionally, the door sweep included helps reduce infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke and fire.
