The Road Trip is an exceptional product that exceeds standards in the industry. It is made from 12 gauge material and has 2-inch thick doors with a steel threshold. The door's hinges are bullet hinges and have grease fittings, while the jamb tabs have pre-drilled holes for easy installation. The glass designs are operational and made of 5/8" tempered dual panes with dual sealing that improves energy efficiency and reduces heat and air leakage. Our product frames have two layers of Polyurethane foam weather stripping to reduce hot and cold air transfer. The doors also have a bottom sweep to seal gaps and keep out sound, drafts, light, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire.
