Fabricated with 12 gauge steel that exceeds industry standards, the Piano features 2 inch thick doors with a steel threshold and bullet hinges with welded-on grease fittings for easy installation. The 5/8 inch tempered dual pane operable glass is designed with dual seals to reduce both heat and air leakage, providing an energy-efficient product. Additionally, we provide Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping for each frame which reduces heat and cold transfer. To block sound, light, air, insects, moisture, smoke, or fire, a door sweep is included and installed on the bottom of the door to seal any openings.
