The Air 4 is made of high quality 12 gauge materials that exceed industry standards. The doors are 2 inches thick and feature a steel threshold, bullet hinges with grease fittings welded onto the frame, and tabs with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. The Air 4 also includes 5/8 inch tempered dual pane glass. We use Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping inside each frame to reduce the transfer of hot and cold weather. A door sweep is also included and installed at the bottom of your door to prevent infiltration of sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, or fire and seal gaps.
